My car was Vandalized and broken into. They Cracked the rear querter window on the driver side. Any info on how to take out the window thats cracked into spider webs and put the new one in would be great.

Chief heres what I did. I had the same problem. I run a vinyl shop we do lettering and what not, go down to your local sign shop and ask them for a piece of scrap vinyl that they wont use and throw it on the window(this should help prevent glass from going all over. Then use a piano wire or safety wire and run it behind window molding into car. then use that to break up silicone sealant around window. hope this helps

High strength fishing line might also do the trick and you won't risk scratching the paint.

damn that sucks! If I ever had my car broken into and saw who did it... man, they better hope cops aren't by. They can't afford nice sound systems and what not so instead they steal. And most of the time they don't get caught!!

these guys got away with my brand new pair of shoes and other Lighting Equipment. They took cd's and Popped My rear tires as well. Everything replaced but the Querter window....Thanks for the Advice.
