Default Removing 2002 window control switch housing?

Does anyone have a picture (or simple explanation) of the lower clip on a 2002 drivers side window control switch housing (the plastic trim panel covering the window and door lock controls)?

I need to remove it to check the power lock switch (drivers side switch won't unlock passenger side).

I can pop the top clip out but I'm cracking the plastic as I try to get the bottom one off because I don't know how to release it.

thanks for your help

I had to do that on my 99 to change out the window switches and had the same problem. I don't know that there is a way to release it like the top....mine eventually popped out and I was able to pop it right back in with no cracking. I just worked with it for a while until I found an angle that it finally let go. Hope someone else has a better answer for you. When you do get in there...be careful pulling the switches out. The plastic base is fused together and gets brittle with age. Mine eventually broke apart inside the door.

its the lock motor it needs to be replaced (the right one) you need to take out all the plastic and then open the door and you will see 2 screws weird ones and thats holding the motor. ebay sells them for $25 bucks. and for the installation just open the other door so you can see how it goes. and make sure to get the right one cuz the left one won't work. hope this works.
