That sounds high to me,but your location may be at that price. Normal should be around 400- 450.

Well it cost me 780 for a costume off road h-pipe flowmaster 40s with all new Stainless steel pipe. but you can buy a whole exaust kit for 425 just get them to weld it and it should save you some mony. And YearOne has them too

i have new pipes on the stock side...so i was just gonna swap the muffler and get them to cut the y and attach another pipe that goes up the passenger side..would that even work???
could they just weld a piece across to make the h-pipe? im tryin to do this on a student budget so im tryin to find the easiest way possible

i have the 40's flowmaster dual exhaust. got them back in janurary. i got ride of my Y-pipes. so it's straight back. it cost me about $650.00 dollars. don't know if it's still the same. so it's about right. even if i want to swap out my flowmasters with magnaflows. it's gonna cost me about $300.00 dollars. so it sound about right for dual 40'sflowmaster exhaust

it should be 450... thats way too high for the effort takes... all they have to do is cut and weld the y pipe...you can make your own h too just weld the center piece in ... and buy some high flo cats

Well they have to cut the Y and fab the pipes out back. Also are you getting a midpipe like an H pipe?

But yeah they are overcharging you like a mofo. I suggest finding a dedicated exhaust shop or shop around.
