 1998 Mustang V6-V8 swap, brake help
I have a 1998 V6 coupe. I bought a 302 longblock that I will eventually swap in. My front pads are low now, and I know that I will need to upgrade the brakes for the swap, so why not do it now. My question is this: Can I install GT or Cobra calipers (and obviously pads and rotors) without replacing any other brake components, such as master cylinder or brake booster? My car does not have ABS. I know Brembo and Baer brakes make upgrade kits, but i would rather not spend $1,500 on brakes right now. Thanks in advance for your help. |
