Default Long Tube Headers or Short Headers ?

-Should i go with Shorty Headers or Long Tube Headers ? Which one is better ?

LT's if you want to make power with like a nitrous kit, but you need new cats and exhaust system modifications. Also, if you have emissions testing, it gets stickier......

If you wanna stay legal in certain states go shorties. they are also much cheaper and bolt to your existing exhaust system. Long tubes require you buy new pipes. they cost more but do make more power. it all has to do with your wallet.

long tubes are better in the sense of a better sound and more horsepower and also like said before require new exhaust

What have you done to the car so far? I would start somewhere else on the mod list if this was your first.

I've only Done Dual exhaust with flowmasters and K&N intake

How about gears and tune? That will give you more out of your car than headers alone.

Long tube headers will give you a greater hp gain. But remember that there are also 2 types of shorty headers. The equal lenght and the ones that look like your stock ones. The equal lenght suppose to give you the same hp gains as the long tube. Your choice thou.
