Is the front bumper cover the same of a 94 as it is a 95? 2dr coupe base 3.8 manual.

If it is, how difficult is it to remove and install a new one?

All '94-'98 mustangs have the same exterior and interior parts.
The bumper COVER is easy to change. Just chase down all the bolts and screws. BUT, the part where it connects under the hood kinda where the pony is, that part is riveted on, so you'll have to drill those rivets out and replace them with bolts.

not everything is the same its the little things that are different such as a radiator in a 97 wont work for a 96 so make sure they work before buying things off different years but exterior parts are the same
