well first off i have a 2000 v6 stock mustang.I know its not all that fast and what not so dont go off on me after you hear this lol, so last night me and my buddie were driving around when all of a sudden a 2000 SS camaro(idk exactly what year but around that) pulls up next to us. I know all to well that its a much faster car and had no thought that i could not possibly beat it but hey we wanted to have some fun. so the light turns green and we speed off but the ss doesnt, then after we thought he wasnt going to play around with us he comes like a bat out of hell flying past us lol. remember we were just messing around with him and he knew it, but dang we got stomped pretty bad. Kinda made me feel slower than i previously thought i was(not that i thought my car was fast) but anyways.

anyone have any ideas for some mods i could check into, im just a teenager so i dont have that large of an income so keep that in mind

im going to go take some advil cause that beating still hurts

Yeah you had that one coming. But more than likely your sixer will turn into a GT500 tomorrow when he talks to his friends! As for mods, i'm not too technical but I would check out americanmuscle.com for parts. They've always had what I needed!

lol it was alright i had no intention of beating him just wanted to see what he was packin, didnt help that the dad of the guy that was with me has a z28 lol he usually gets to drive it to school so i have to hear about that but its all in good fun.

It's all good fun and you can't beat them all. There's cars out there that will be me hands down but it's still fun to play around.

Why get depressed when you got smoked by a really fast car? Stick to racing non V8's (even if you are not REALLY trying to race) if it will make you sad.

lol thanks guys the pain has gone away cause me and my friend with the z28 just stomped so ricers today its a good day when you put ricers in thier place

yep... atleast you have a mustang ... gears and a t-lok will be the cheapest but have the biggest impact...
