Default Dual Exhaust Question

Does anybody know where I can find a place in which I can order a cat back dual exhaust kit (2 muffler setup) in which the kid comes without any mufflers? Basically I am looking for something similiar to the PYPES or Mac cat back setup that are the right thing, but only cost 350 dollars, but I want to use flowmaster mufflers (As I already have a Super 44 on my car I want to just buy a 2nd one of them) Would I have to go to an actual muffler shop? Or would I just be able to get a kit, does anybody know?

I have 113 $ in mine using stock ford parts except for the h pipe. You could just by the xpipe from pipes goes for like $95 I think and then get a driverside gt mid pipe another pair of exhaust hangers and two 8mm bolts and your good. I think you can get gt mid pipe for less than 40 at auto part stores

You could also get the Summit cat-back kit, thats what I did on my 01 V6, I think its like $179 (99-04 GT kit). Then just use your mufflers. I also used the pacesetter mid-pipe.

If you bring the two mufflers you want to use and two tips to a shop, they could fabricate the rest of the piping for you. That would be the cheapest..

the only downfall is most shops don't have mandrel bend, but unless you have some kind of forced induction, you would have plenty of air flow without the mandrel bends.
