Default should i get these rims

so i am looking to get 18" rims with low profile tires. i wasnt sure if that was too big or not. i figured that it would be a perfect size for my car here are what the rims look like

Akuza Wheels - 455 Black - Custom Wheels and Performance Tires at Customwheel.com

and i am also going to be getting these zr rated tires with them also

Nexen Tires - Nexen N3000 - Custom Wheels and Performance Tires at Customwheel.com

i just wanted to get some opinions alright thank you very much for your opinions if you submit one

18's will be fine...just wouldn't go any bigger.

those are some nice looking tires... but for the rims... i dont much like... but personal preference i like 5or6 spoke rims not big into the "mesh" style ones that have like 12-abillion haha
but dont listen to me dude, do whatever you want, a mustang is made to be unique!!! just go with whatcha want

how much do they weigh?
are they hub-centric or lug-centric?
as far as how they look, theyre a bit flashy for my tastes but hey thats only me, only thing that matters is whether or not you think they'll look good on your mustang!

I like the 1st ones. just cuz when they'er rolling i think they will look better. normaly i dont like black at all. but if you plan on keeping the bra on then yea black all the way. i like how you picked out both black with chrome. the chrome will add a little shine back to the body of the your car.

Those tires look a lot like what is on my car. I like the rims, those will look good with the red. I've got some 18" on mine and I gotta say, I hate the ride. But after the winter is over, pot holes are filled in in the spring it will be better. If you get the 18's and want to get rid of the others let me know. If the price is right I'll head to covington and pick em up.

alright cool thank you for all of the suggestions and yes ill get ahold of you when i get the rims to let you know how mmuch i would want for the old rims. i dont really know how much to sell them for but i will give you a good deal and then we'll go from there. and as for the bra i am getting that taken off in around march because the front bumper has a whole in it and i am getting that fixed so it should be all good. but when i get the rims i will post up some pics and let you know what it looks like. and by the way you said that the ride isnt the greatest, how would you fix that or can you. and also do you need to buy a tuner to re program the speedometer. i just heard that you had to because since you stock rims are 16" then when you change to 18" it takes the wheel longer to do one complete rotation. but just let me know

The 18" tires you get should be pretty much the same diameter as the ones you have on now, if you get the right size. If so, no adjustment will be required. And I think the wheels themselves look pretty sharp, just not sure how I'd like them on a Mustang. I'm more of a 5 spoke guy myself, I just think they look meaner. But as someone else said, get what makes you happy, it's your ride!
