HI my name is Dennis. The only difference is one may last longer. but it also costs more. and to be honest thats not really hight milage. i would go with a thicker oil maybe 30 or 40 weight. but normal oil. unless you have been running synthetic then stick with it.

stick with conventional imo. just change your oil at the right intervals and you have nothing to worry about.

Synthetic is the way to go. Royal Purple is great stuff if you have the money.

I was at the Supermarket today and for " High Mileage Oil " it says Above 75K so if I had 88K I was wondering If I should go with that, Price is not a biggie, I want to keep my car in great condition, but this applies to all my fellow stang lovers! so thanks for the advice guys I still have to decide because if I go with Full Synthetic I gotta stick with it.

the track's called the Miami-Homestead Speedway, it may be the same track your talking about. ive never driven my car there either, but its a cool track. seems a bit slippery, i see a quite a few cars spinning out and whatnot.

Wrong..... Full synthetic is the best thing you could do for your car......

Quick Question to Everyone, Random though. What is the difference between Conventional and Full Synthetic! I know synthetic is better but what makes it so much better for your car?

Now don't everyone jump on me if i am wrong, but conventional comes from the ground and synthetic from the lab. I'm not positive so don't quote me. I straddle the fence and use a synthetic blend . In the manual it says the recommended oil is synthetic blend but full synthetic would be better for it. The only reason i use the blend is because A) its cheaper and B) its all the car has ever had and she is purrin like a kitten!
