Question Engine swap 2002 V6 Mustang

My friend found me a long block 351 engine, I have a 2002 V6 Mustang at the moment, and I can afford the engine np, $250.00 but it needs a little work to run but not much. Ok so my real question is WHAT! do I need to change on my stock V6... like Transmission...Suspension.... Please advise!

what year is the engine?
is it carb'd?
you'll need to do a lot to swap the engine, itd be a good idea to upgrade to an 8.8 rear end, transmission, tougher suspension, fuel system type depending on whether its a returnless or return style, etc etc etc.
what work does the engine need to run?
