Im am looking to buy my first mustang, i am 17 so only have like MAX $3500 american to spend on one and it has to be 1995 - 1998 due to insurance reasons and has to be a V6 3.8L. I am from Canada and live near toronto so i am willing to travel to New York Preferably near Watertown or saracues. Let me know if you are up for the challenge?

Check your local craigslist. There are mustangs near that price range. It will have a ton of miles though. Finding your own car is much of the fun in having a car, or atleast for me it was. It took me over a year and a half to find my 1966 mustang in the price range i wanted. Dont even be scared of ebay. That is your best bet for that kind of price range.

I agree with craigslist. I find a lot of mustangs on there. Autotrader.com often has a few within that range but sometimes the mileage is quite steep.

If you dont mind a 94' this seems like it might be worth looking into. Several others i saw in your area and the New York area on craigslist.
