Exclamation what is the cheapest way to install 2 pipes on my stang

okay i want to put an x pipe cuz i really hate my car sound, also i hate that my suspension is very hard but thats to expensive for me. i'm tryinlg not spend a lot on my v6 cuz i'm saving for a gt but for right now i want a x pipe. can i take the gt's one and have them made or can i get another one as the v6 and have it install it.

also a made x pipe will sound like a original x pipe.?
i was searching for flowmasters and finally found some ones for 60 buck shipped but i was watching some videos on youtube and it sounded really bad at higher rpms then i saw that with a x pipe the car sounds great any recommendations??

have you thought about a h-pipe? the x-pipe has a raspy sound to it. the h-pipe has a lower growl to it. imo h-pipes sound more the way muscle cars should sound. the flowmasters drone at highway speeds around 2000-2500rpms.

Yeah i thought about it.. but i prefer the x pipe cuz the car will sound like is really modded cuz it revs faster. and I think has less backpressure.

1. backpressure is your friend. if you get rid of two much of it you loss low end tq
2. the backpressure in a x-pipe vs h-pipe is pretty much the same and as for the rev faster on there the same the x-pipe gets rid of some of the popping that the h-pipe has. the h-pipe sounds more like a dragster.
3. they both will make your car sound more modded because it is.

I'm not understanding this question. Are askin if you should get high flows or keep your stock ones?

The bends wont be mandrel but I don't think it will affect it much. It shouldn't sound much different than aftermarket pipes, not enough to notice.
