Did you try to spin your front or back tires? Did you have your e-brake engaged? Were your wheels wobbly when they were off the ground? Are your rotors warped?Their are a number of things that could be making that happen.

Nothing should have been changed in the front with a clutch swap.

It could be your rotors are warped and are making them spin less freely or you could have a bad wheel bearing that is not allowing them to turn correctly either.

is there any difference between the spining of the left and right front wheels? if only your clutch was replaced, they didnt do anything that would have anything to do with the front wheels. if you spin the wheel slowly, does it spin easy, then hard, then easy and so on so on? if thats the case your rotors are warped. if you spin the wheels and they are consistent, then more than likely your calipers are just dragging a little. you can take your pins out and lube them up and see if that helps.

Yeah the left one is a little bit more freely. and always spin med hard, well i didn't spin all the way just a little up and down it could be one of those. Do you know how can i fix it by myself?

you say the right wheel doesnt spin as easily as the left? its possible the wheel bearing is going bad then.
a dragging caliper is still a likely possibility, since thats something you can do yourself with $4 worth of lube i'd start there. do both sides or your car may pull to one side! you can get the caliper grease at autozone. tell them you need to lube the pins, shims, and slides.

if its any consolation, my fronts are a little stiff as well.

I had the same issues. My front passenger wheel would hardly spin at all. Turns out that the caliper was indeed dragging and my rotors were toast, which also explained the 12 mpg.

Yeah my car also pulls to the side but i think cuz the previous owner didin't alig the car and i want to fix this so i can save gas. also i have another q when i'm driving and i let off the gas the car makes a sound like is breaking and it comes from the differential some guys told me to check the oil level or that maybe the diff is damaged if the previous owner used to launch hard which i think yes. It makes that sound at 1-2-3 gear when the rpms drop at 2k aprox.

If you're getting bad mileage, your car pulls to one side when braking, and you can't freely spin the tire, sounds like the caliper.
