Default Need Help With Coolant Leak

Hey, I have an '86 Mustang that's a V6 auto and today after school there was a fairly large puddle of antifreeze and water under my car. I recently put in a new radiator and thermostat, but the leak isn't even near the radiator its right at the back of the engine block somewhere. I'm stumped at what this could be, do you guys know?

Another thing is that my car has this clicking noise in the engine compartment when its at about 2000rpms or more. Could this be part of it too, and what to do to fix it?

thanks in advance

Check heater hoses going to the heater core maybe. Is the floorboard wet on the passenger side of the car?

how many miles on the car? mine has a leaking intake gasket at the front but it mostly leaks at higher rpm's. otherwise it might be a cracked heater hose. that ticking noise isn't something i would worry about, my car has been doing it since i got and it hasn't gotten worse and it doesn't always happen.

Thanks for the replys.
The passenger floorboard is not wet and my heater hoses look good with no cracks. The odometer says 29,XXX so I'm guessing it has 129,XXX on it. I'm not sure that the intake would have fluid would it? Maybe a head gasket but I recently talked to my Dad and he said it might be a soft plug which are between the trans and the block and over time they deteriorate and you have to drop the transmission to fix it. Do you guys think that is a possibility? He used to have to do it to his mustangs and cameros when he was a kid.
