Default 2008 mustang dual bumper to bumper stripes

I'm getting ready to put on some white stripes that I just bought, and I was wondering if anyone who's done this sometime before has some advice, seeing as i'm totally new to the concept. Also does anyone know what the suggested distance between the stripes is?

not too sure...but i think like a 3 inch space would be good...and i know you have to be really careful about it getting air bubbles but thats all i know lol

There isn't really a set distance between the stripes it's all about what looks good. My advice would be to set them on the car (with backing on so that it doesn't stick) where you like and step back. If you want them farther apart or closer together then move them. Then make some way to standardize the positioning on the car. It's your car and it's all about your style. Just make sure that they are centered on the car and evenly spaced all the way back. Goodluck and post pics when you are done.

I have about a 2.5 in spacing between my stripes. The most difficult part is geting the center of the car. Once you get a starting point is not that hard to put them on. The hardest part
is the bumpers.Try to get a clean dust free enviroment before
you put them on. You might end up with dust particles under the striping. You can check out my stripes under jbugg on the websight.
