Default why do some cars smoke???
i know all about diesel smoke so please dont comment and say it was a diesel ..... anyway i noticed a cobra going down the track and when it shifted it blew a reallitively impressive cloud of black smoke for a gas car and a couple days before that a buddy of mine said when i floored it and shifted it also shot out a cloud of smoke is this becuase of a tune like a diesel and its just excess fuel that is unburnt or what ......... is it bad for the car???

could be alot

unburnt fuel mixed with carbon maybe

i have yet to find some one else who when changing their oil ( every 2000 miles or when they get bored ) details the under side of their car.

X-C April 2010,Internals April 2011, or blown engine, witch ever comes first.
