Default 1967 Ford Mustang coupe 6 cylinder price?

Hey guys, Ill be honest, i dont know much about mustangs and their engines, and the history, but I admire the classic body styles. There is an opportunity to get a 1967 Ford Mustang Coupe that has new engine, new transmission, new interior, around 60,000 orignal miles (thats what is says), and nice baby blue color. Owner says its been fully restored, oh and its manual 6 cylinder transmission. I was wondering what the price range for this should be. One important thing to note is that it needs new tires, and there are no classic mustang wheels, just black plain rims, so that should factor in the price. Would a price of 3500 to 4500 be a bargain for what I have described???? This person lives nearby and I will be able to go and inspect the car and all that. My gut tells me I can probably get it for 4000. any feedback will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

That sounds like a good price. I would jump at it, but that's just me. I would get underneath and look at the obvious rust trouble spots to be sure......

Sounds like a fair deal but definitely check to see if there were any panels replaced or use a magnet to tell if or how much plastic filler was used. ALSO if you plan on converting to a V8 i would suggest finding a V8 car instead because it could be much cheaper in the long run.
