I have a 98' and just turned 157k. Just now put in a new clutch. Great car. In fact I've owned Fords as long as I've been driving (50yrs) and have had no trouble with any of them. If you keep up good maintance it should keep going and going and going and going.

I have a '94 v6 she has 225,000 and yesterday was the 1st time she's left me stranded. she's my 1st & not ready to let her go just yet so hopefully she's not ready to give up the ghost just yet lol.

Holy crap, stock clutch lasted 157k!?!?! I thought my neighbors old 04 before he sold it was crazy.. He had his clutch last over 90k, But 157,000 is insane crazy. I take it it was not raced?

Replaced clutch & exhaust manifold around 100K.

Exhaust pipe broke just infront of the catalytic converter last weekend.

Never had a problem with the engine (knock on wood).
