Default need help ...about how many inches to drop the stang

i got a v6 2003 ....... and i live in brookly ny ....so we have no streets just holes lol.....i was thinking about lowering my car 1.5 but im not sure if you can really notice the diff if u just do 1.5 so now imthinking 2.0 ...is that to much or just right ? can u notice a drop of 1.5? i dpnt really see alot of stangs in ny atleast lowered .... i want something that looks good but can also drive in ny

I used Eibach's springs to lower my 96 Stang and it made a noticeable difference. Since you live in the Big Apple with with craters for pot holes, I would not lower it more than 1.5 inches in the rear and only 1 to 1.25" in the front. I used BMRs to lower my 07 and had a noticeable difference, the stance is awesome, the ride is good, and the handling is great.

2" is not extreme, also the tires and rims you have will dictate ride quality and handling...you may need caster/camber plates as well to reset the alignment if you go with 2" drop...
