I'm Japanese, and I love Mustangs.
2000 3.8l Silver Mustang. For the go: BBK CAI and true duals through Flowmaster 50's MGW short throw shifter Brenspeed Tuned. For the show: GT special edition rims reverse glow gauges, mach 1 chin spoiler, angel eyes, and hurst pistol grip, and one set of saleen side scoops sitting in the garage. Clifford Security System.
I eat rice on a daily basis. So does my car.
if you want performance get a cold air intake and dual exhaust its always the place to start. Depending on the amount of money you want to invest under drive pulleys, 3.73 gears and a tuner.
i had the same problem on my brake light. at my work we have a headlight restoration kit. its not the cheap one you buy at advance auto, its about an hour process of different stages of sanding and polishing. anyway i did that and it looks brand new. nobody believed me that it was the old one they all said i bought a new one. i dont know if it would be cheaper for you to just buy a new one though cuz i just did mine for free

Yup that's the way to go!
I had to do the same sanding-thing on my 2000 V6 stang, its a tiring process that makes your fingers hurt but it is SOOO worth it in the end when you're done with the polishing and your headlights look factory new and you didnt have to pay something ridiculous like $200 per headlight!
It seems like you can especially notice the oxidation on the clear lens
99-00 mustang headlights.

Ok well if i wanted to get underdrive pullies could i still run a mega soundsystem.
The woofers im getting have a 1600 watt amp, can i still run my system and get an underdriven engine?
i wouldnt.
you'll kill your battery very quickly.
if you have udp's and your battery is starting to fail, beware, the sh** is about to hit the fan.
i remember when my last battery began to fail, i could start the car fine at first, sit there idling for about 3 minutes with the A/C on, turn the car off, go back 5 minutes later and no start.
at stoplights i would watch my volt.guage drop steadily because my headlamps were on.
trust me, when you're running late, a gauge sweep is the LAST thing you want to see.
