Question How many Quarts of Oil?

This is a really stupid question, but how many quarts of oil go into a 2007 v6 mustang?

The standard amount is 5 quarts. I am not at my other computer, but if you search for the owners manual online, it will have the capacities. You can order an owners manual and Ford repair manual from helminc.

Should be in the owners manual in the capacity section. I've seen post saying from 6 to 6.5 quarts with a new filter.

I would put 4 in then start the engine for 10 seconds and shut it down. Fill until it is on the full mark on the dipstick. 5 quarts is most likely what it will need after an oil/filter change.

EDIT: Google saves the day:

5 quarts.....
