Default ceramic headers or stainless steel headers?

I have a 2000 v6 mustang and I am putting headers on soon. I was wondering if anyone knew which are better, ceramic or stainless steel headers?

The flow is equal on either, you would not know any different. Price is a big difference though. Think the ceramics look better and control engine heat better too.

Yeah flow wise they are the same but ceramic doesnt transfer heat as much as stainless steel so it keeps your engine somewhat cooler.

Shorties are a complete waste of money on a V6. Go with longtube headers or stick with stock manifolds. I'd go with ceramic coated if you got the cash, they are definitely a step up.

Aftermarket tubular headers will not be effected by the dripping water like the stock cast manifold.
