Default transmission flush or motor mounds

i got a 2003 v6 ponny.. the lase few days i started to notice that my car is shaking more than usual when she changes gear ..you can really notice it when she goes from 1st to 2nd...also when is in parking and i shift to drive the whole car shakes.....i know this can mean two things ....i need new motor mounds or a transmission flush....but the car is a 2003 so idk if motor mounds would be bad even if this sounds like the logical reason y the car would shake like that....or would the flush do the job?

You hit it right on the head for diagnosis. If you have decent mileage on the car, change the tranny fluid anyway. You can test the motor mount by having someone put the car in drive and get on the gas a little. The motor should rise from the torque, but not twist. Maybe a couple inches of rise or so, but not more than 3......

I have a 1998 and it is doing about the same thing but it does it when you are driving and it will quit when you give it gas I've been on here trying to find out information on this problem and this is as close as I've been

well if the car is almost shuttering when shifting then its the tranny. If it only does it when you apply a generous amout of gas then possibly motor mounts. My stock tranny after i swapped in the built motor did the shuttering thing between 1st and 2nd. You can try changing the fluid first.
Have you dont any mods to your car lately. Mayb your line pressures need to be adjusted too. hell idk ive never thought of that till just now
