2003 Mustang V6, CAI, single Flowmaster, **WHAT NEXT??**
ok guys, im not made of money, but i have a V6 auto, with some stuff on it, what should i do next? id prefer a little more power but what do you recommend? also, my mach stereo system is blown, bought it that way, what good replacement system should i get?
1) UDPs, tuner would be cheapest;
2) gears & T-lok next;
3) then you can port & polish the intake; or change the cam; or look at different valves/springs; or go with nitrous; or build for a turbo... all depends how far ya wanna go from there.

you say you have a single flowmaster well make it dual if possible, if you want real power you could get a power pack from supersixmotorsports.com it gives you port and polished upper and lower intake manifold,new cam and port and polished heads.
putting gears in will reduced your top end speed but it gets your car into the power band faster so its your choice acceleration or top end, and if you put gears in your tach will be off so you will need to get your car tuned to compensate for that.
hey guys, i appreciate all the help. ill definantly look into this stuff
also, will 4.10 gears make it have faster top speed or acceleration? and is it bigger number more accel or top end?
The steeper the gear, the slower the top end speed but greater the acceleration. Even in the 1/4 mile, you probably won't see your top speed anyways, so I wouldn't worry too much about it.
If you have intentions of reaching that top speed, I strongly recommend getting tires and suspension upgrades that can handle that speed.
