Default Broken header issues

To make a long story short my passenger side header has broken off just above the flange and Im trying to figure out the best way to fix it. Should I try and weld the header back together since it is a clean break or should I just pitch the stock headers and get some new shorties?

Get some new shorties. The time, money, and effort you put into welding the stock ones back will not be worth it. Buy new...just make sure whatever you order is in stock. Alot of companies are on backorder right now.

from what ive heard.. the cost of getting a single stock header is approximately the same as getting 2 aftermarket shorties.. i could be wrong but thats what i remember hearing

My BBK ceramics are sure a hell of a lot nicer then the stockers. When mine broke off, I replaced them with BBK's.

There is no way in hell that I was going to remove my headers and put stock ones back on, lol.
