heres a basic list of stuff you'll need.

SSM lower intake manifold adapter plate
Eaton M112
03-04 cobra plenum
03-04 cobra TB
03-04 cobra MAF
larger injectors
larger fuel pump
cowl hood with minimum rise of 3-1/2"
extra idler pulley for sufficient belt wrap
UDP's or oversized blower pulley to lower boost to around 6#
one outrageously long drive belt
a dynotune

some other stuff i can't remember...

with the M112 in place, you should expect around 250-270 rwhp when done/tuned properly.

i was considering this for a while and decided against it, mainly due to these 3 reasons:

1. the biggie: no way to intercool it.
2. 3-1/2" cowl hood. where's the sleeper effect ??
3. a roots blower is very hard on the internals of the engine, and, not as efficient.

YA I was thinking about it because it was one of the cheaper ways to get good power. But knowI am thinking of going with cam windstar intake and heads and some spray and make some pretty good power. oh and my car is a 2003 automatic

Yeah, with the h/c/i set up you would make just as much if not more power and it would be easier on your engine, adding Nitrous to the equation should be ok. To big of a shot at that power level though could be bad for the internals... lol

Heads/Cam/Intakes, as in the two heads since it is a V6, the cam, and the upper and lower intakes, not a CAI...

The best f/i for a stock engine would be a centrifugal supercharger. They are easier on the engine since they do not produce boost instantly at low levels and they are a bit cooler running than a roots style.

You can do an h/c/i set up and gain about 60-80hp at least and they are easier on the engine than the M112 would be. Look at www.supersixmotorsports.com they have some of the best performance parts for a V6 Mustang.

Yes cylinder heads
Yes a new camshaft. You can improve the valve-train, you probably will need to if you want big power.
Yes the manifolds. They can be ported out.
