Hey Everybody

I've got a 1999 v6 pony and I want the Gt Hood Scoop to really set my car off. If any of you guys have done this install, which scoop did you buy and where'd you get it from. Also, I've seen some primed and some painted. Any feedback on that?

Buy a scoop for a 00-04 gt. Very easy install. I want to say they retail around 150 dollars from a ford dealer unpainted. I also had a 99 with no hood scoop, mine was a gt but it still had that inverted one. Fortunately for me i work in the business so i got the scoop for 100 bucks and the mobile paint guy squirted it black for me for nothing..lol. But even if you don't have those resources you should get out of this fairly inexpensive. Im sure you could find the factory scoop anywhere online, even used. Then just have a body shop spray it for a few bucks.
