Default Body Mods for 1999 V6 Mustang

Can anyone recommend any body mods I can put on my 1999 V6? I want a scoop and possibly louvers but what else is there to "pimp" my ride? Also, what kind of scoop should I get?

I personally like the Xenon scoops that American Muscle has. They have sharp lines to them that go well with the 99-04 bodies.
As for other goodies...
You could look into aftermarket bumpers from makers like Saleen, or Roush. A set of lower side skirts would look good. I am personally partial to 03-04 Cobra spoilers.
Just a few ideas.

+1 on the Xenon scoops

As far as body kits and such: look online for ideas (groundeffex.com, grounddynamics.com, mrbodykit.com, extremedimensions.com, kgsengineering.com, as well as Roush, Saleen, Steeda)... but then I would work with whatever shop is going to paint them. Often, they have a direct link to certain suppliers or know the better products. Maybe they could offer you a package deal for the parts and paint job... Let us know what you pick!

I pretty much am gonna get the Xenon scoop and possible some window scoops as well as a stripe.
A few questions:
I want to get some Halo projector headlights, and, are they worth the money? Do they go good with a red mustang (I'm trying for a red and black theme on my stang) and, they have the option to get Luminics H1 and Silverstar H1 bulbs for the high and low beam bulbs. What the heck are they, what do they do, and should I get them/is it worth the money?

Foglights, I realized today after having my car since March 19 2009, the reason my headlights point up after I switch to brights on my car. I have no foglights. They were gone. Dont know why. So, what foglights should I get? Stock foglights, or, what would match the Halo headlights?

Question on the scoop, when I get it should I paint it myself or should I have a body shop do it for me? And, for installing the scoop, should I do it myself, or have a bodyshop do that for me as well? (whats that cost roughly anyways?)

Apreciate the advice

Black lights would look very cool -- I have a similar yellow/black theme, so I think they're worth the money! H1 means that it is a halogen bulb (brighter than stock) - also, H2 H3 H4 H5 H7 are all halogens... I would definitely opt for them.

I'm not sure what you are getting at concerning high/low beams... low beams are made to aim low and not blind oncoming traffic. High beams are aimed upwards to give better vision. Projector lights will "cut off" the top of the light beam so that your new halogen (aka - much brighter!) bulbs don't blind peeps. But your high beams will still be upwards and very bright.

And as far as fogs, I'm pretty sure V6s don't come with fogs stock... so you would be looking at getting Cobra fog lights/harnesses.

For the scoops: painting should be handled by a shop so that you get a great paint job. You should be able to attach the scoops yourself, since they just go on with 3M tape - just take your time and make sure they fit properly (test fit them) before you get them painted.
