Default possibly the stupidest name for referring to a car?

ive heard this term many times before.. never used it myself because i just think it is the most ridiculous and stupid name for it but i was wondering .. has anyone here ever referred to their car as their "whip"? is it native to any one type of person/group(ricers?) or is it just me that thinks that that's completely retarded

Have you ever seen a classic caprice or impala, etc... that looks like it has a lift on it with like 28" wheels, thats what they call them down here

Wrong group of owners to ask. Here at AFM we care about our cars, theyre a physical representation of our personality. My cars name is Road Runner, my people know that. My car is not to be reffered to as "it", "that","ride","whip" or any other hood rat name. Mustangs deserve respect, unless you have the same amount of money invested in yourself as I have in my Mustang you can only reffer to Road Runner by his name or as "Mustang".

I wish some ricer would reffer to my Mustang as my "whip", HA!!...

SO no im not gay(if I was Id be a ricer) and because neither is my car the word "whip" is not in my vocabulary.

Actually, those cars are officially called "Donks". Google that word and that is what you will see.

I hear it alot. It mostly comes from black people and white gangsters. No matter what kind of car or what it looks like, their car is known as their "whip." Excuse my language, but it's the g..a..y..e..st s..h..i..t ever.

lol !

we have way too many of those things down here. a couple of my friends' friends seem to have an interest in what they refer to as "donks".

it's all for show, and pretty immature if you ask me.

If you ask me, people are far too critical of other people's tastes in cars. I must say that I would never in a million years drive one, but that is their choice. You gotta remember that there are alot of people that think V6 Mustangs are girl's cars. To each their own.
