1. I have a 2000 sixxerwith 78k on it. Ucan see the mods I already have and I plan on doing much more but one of my questions is should I worry about theexterior first because the paint is starting to chip and my white rims are starting to get rust on them.
2. Should I get everything all atonce or shouild I save uip little by little and get the new mods?
3. Any other suggestions or opinions about anything will be more than appreciated

It's really up to you, you can only go as far as your budget allows you. Doing it all at once is always great but like in most cases, a lot of us can't afford to do that. I would save a little and work on it in steps, you never know when your going to have a rainy day. It's always good to have some extra money saved just in case something goes wrong. Just my opinion.

I'd worry about the exterior first. If the body starts to rust where the paint's chipped you'll run into even more money. As for the rest, go on and get it taken care of if you have plenty of money. If not, hold of, save you're money in case something goes wrong, and take care of things over a period of time.
i would work on the exterior but i would do it at you own pace , its always a good idea to have plenty of money cuz face it stuff happens and allways will , like hitting a dear it happens and it sucks
the best way i found for getting those bucks are to set a goal and plane ahead allways just set a little back at a time to get those spendy modds trust me i know ive been saving for 6 month to get my motor rebuilt and heads port and polished
id defiantly drop the money now to get the paint fixed. id go a get a good rust inhibitor and matching paint because the longer you wait, the worse its gonna get
