Your AC compressor is cycling. That is normal if you have either the AC or the defroster on. Is it still running hot?

yeah the clutch kicks on but the pully does not move at all then its like the clutch has to take a break and stops then starts all over. but i took a better look at my fan and its toast the motor had metal flakes all in so now im stumped on the a/c but when i first get in the a/c will blow cold air but 2 minutes later its hot air and sally starts getting hot but i dont know if that was just from the fan not working ?? would the fan not working affect my a/c thanks for your time guys
