no it will not be a cobra it will be a cobra wannabe.. and it would take massive amounts of work and money and by the time youre done with it you would have very few parts left on the car originally from the v6

who cares abou tthe vin any ways =)..my mechanic quoted me at 20 to 25 grand for the whole project but hey atleast you wont have to take a loan out for a car you can make it how you want...but yes it can be done and will take many reciepts im doing it now =)

they did it to a 65 or 66, they got a cobra cut off the body put the old school one on.

An '02 for $6500? Wow... That is a pretty good deal considering they only made 100 '02s.
