What is the fuse location for windshield wipers on a 2000 mustang? I need to fix it ASAP

The 2000 Model Year Mustang Owner's Guide says there are a couple of fuses/relays you should check:

Passenger compartment fuse panel
Fuse/Relay Location - 26
Amp rating - 30A (green fuse)
Description - Wiper/Washer Motor, Wiper Relays

Power distribution box
Fuse/Relay Location - Relay 2
Amp rating - n/a
Description - Int. Wiper

Fuse/Relay Location - Relay 3
Amp rating - n/a
Description - Wiper HI/LO
