No sorry they won't. Straight from Diablosport's website, the F150 is totally different: U7153 is for the F150 (99-03), U7151 is for the F150 (04-08), and U7158 is for the supercharged F-series trucks (99-04).

You want part number U7146, which is for 98-04 Mustangs (V6 & GT).

I really don't think so... each Predator will have its own programming. And it will be looking for certain data from the vehicle's ECU - if the code is in a different order or has more/less info than the Predator is looking for, it will screw something up. Sorry, but you have to buy the one specific to your car. Besides, I'm pretty sure they have a lock-out feature to prevent you from using it on multiple cars...

+1, U7146.
although i thought the U7146 was 96-04 v6/gt stangs? i'll have to recheck that.

with the U7146 you can pull DTC's and monitor live data on any OBD2 Ford, however you can only tune V6/GT mustangs in those specific years.

the tuner only locks to your car when you reflash the pcm.

you can unlock it by loading your stock tune to your car, and then you can go tune something else.
