i have a 2000 3.8L and i put a center exaust, the tips are not touching their about 6inches away from each other. and i would like to kno either the best way to cut my existing bumper or where i can get a new one that will fit

Do you have pics of your exhaust set up? A Saleen Extreme rear bumper might work for your center exhaust tips.

his tips are about 3 inches further apart than the saleen center exhaust is setup judging by the pictures ive seen

I see, then it wouldn't work well. I guess a custom rear bumper is the solution I would take it to the body shop and have them fabricate your rear bumper to fit according with your exhaust tips. Not sure how it would look but if your really good with photoshop, then you can have a really good idea of what it looks like.

i actually did go to a shop and they were going to use my existing bumper but they were woried about it chipping where they made the cuts for the pipes. it would make it look like a gt bumper just in the center. they wanted 150.00.....think its worth it??

I think it'll look better with the cut outs.
