What type of motor oil are you using?

Q Torque or Q Horsepower, whatever is available in 5w-20 when I go to wal-mart (22 dollars for 5 quarts)
And I use the K&N Gold Series Filters.

My Oil changes cost around 40 bucks, but I only change every 5k.

i use RP with a K&N filter since i first got the car. Usually buy the oil and filter from AM comes out to about 51 dollars... i usually try to change the oil myself but then there are times i get complaints about changing oil at the house.. so they charge me 10 more dollars to change the oils with everything around here. so a total of 61 dollars every 4-5k.
