hey guys i have a 01mustang v6 my mods are 4.10 gears, diablo tuner.... and i raced a hatch b16 and he beat me by a car but we going to race again in a week so i wanted to noe of what mods i should get in order to beat me his car is 97 hatch civic wit hthe b16 swap since the race i got the cai from american muscle and planing on getting a 65mm throtle body other ideas or helpful hints towards racing oh n my car is a automatic.....

he's beatin you because he only weighs about 1700 pounds and with a b16B hes pushin around 180 at the crank. i'd say upgrade your exhust system all of it ,get rid of any weight you can,run 93octane,and throw in some fresh oil,plugs wires every thing you can,and a cold air intake these are just minor things you can do to improve a couple horses but weight is your biggest problem,but what we did with the v6 is turbo its a day and night difference.
