I am trying to find out if anyone knows what my gear ratio and differential is for a 2001 ford mustang v6. PLease help.

you have 3.27's and an open differential (aka, 1-tire frier).

i thought the auto's had a 2.93 and the manual's had a 3.27 both are open

ok so know i am confused... please can anyone give me a deffinate for sure.... please i need to replace asap.

You have 3:27's with an open differential. Auto's and 5 speeds were the same. I might have a t-lock and rear end girdle going up for sale soon. We have a race car build with a 4.2 and turbo, so the 7.5" cannot be used......
