So me, my cousin, and my friend and his girlfriend were all in my car on the interstate headed to the fair last saturday. my brother and his wife were following us. well.. i hardly EVER have someone try to race me. its only happened once or twice before.. so anyways im doin the speed limit the whole time, bein a really good driver with all my friends in there with me ya know. well, these 2 guys in some red foreign lookin car with a fat exhaust get even with me, and start lookin over and pullin ahead then fallin right back beside me and revin up their piece of ****. i was like o god yall they wanna race!! but i kept tellin myself i wasnt gonna do it. not the place for it, and got too many people with me. but the guys kept doing it until i couldnt stand it no longer.. shoved the petal to the floor and my car jerks and takes off like a bat outta hell! left the other guys with not much problem. i wasnt paying attention to the speed, but one of the girls in the back said we got to 105.. i almost didnt make our exit. my friend was yellin at me tellin me to take the exit lol we barely made it. my heart was poundin and i was soo pumped up! it was exciting lol i dont get to do that much. o and we pretty much lost my bro and his wife. she text an was like slow down! i asked her what would have done if 2 idiots pulled up beside her and wanted to race?? lol anyways just wanted to share this story with yall

i`m glad your stoked about the kill, and i`m glad it had a good outcome. i grew up in the late 60`s into 70`s and there was alot of street racing every weekend. but there were un written rules, first being you never raced anyone with a girl in your car or the other guys. you had all the right answers to begin with, then you made the wrong decision. mashin the gas is easy. blowin it off when its wrong is the hard part. end of lesson

ya i hate it when that happens, then my wife gets made at me
i know its extremly fun and tempting but you have to take it to the track i have seen too many crashes at high speed and they are not funny ... maybe stop light racing to 40 is ok

or at least up to the speed limit on the roads...some roads here from a light its 50mph
