will a supercharger off of a 3.8 cougar work on my 3.8 v6.

Sure, that is, if you want to witness the spontaneous combustion of a 3.8L V6. If you want that supercharger, you better get the whole engine. It's one helluva lot tougher than any stock Mustang V6.

What about the supercharger off of the thunderbird supercoupe's? I have one that a buddy gave me. But dont really have a use for it cua i have a 5.0

nah the super coupes were supercharged 3.8l v6's..

Supercoupes were supercharged, turbocoupes were turbo charged. Hence the name......

An M90 will fit, but the SC motors had different(stronger) blocks to handle the boost and heat.....
