H pipe it will make it a little bit lower ramble sound.

I've heard x pipes on a 6 and didnt like it at all.

Check out youtube and listen to the sound of course it's a little bit different but you'll get the hint on what she'll sound like!

Good luck man!

OH!!!!!!

One other thing do you have state testing for pollution? If so you should save your old mid pipe you'll need the cats to pass when the time comes!

Yeh Its Not A bad Idea To Keep The Old Pipe Just Incase You Get Pulled And they Send You To An inspection Center Or If You Have Emmission testing....as For Wich Pipe To Buy....I Would Go With An H pipe As Well I Heard With The x Pipe Because The Exaust actually Collides With Each other It Can cause A Tone Cancelation And Actually Take Away From The Sound Of The Exhaust. But Doubble Check Cause Im Sure There Some X pipe guys That have Pros To There Kit As Well.

Both will be pretty loud.
H will be a deeper rumble. X with be a higher pitched raspy growl.
Either way it will probably be very poppy.

If you go with the H option you might as well go with divorced pipes. Since our engines are even firing, there is no benefit of having an H. After 2000+ RPMs exhaust gases don't make the 90* turn and simply act like they were separate.

dont get an x on a v6.

x's on a v8 make it sound raspy, and v6's sound somewhat V-TEC'y when opened up, so add raspy and raw, to a civic.

H pipe is the way to go man, make sure to delete the cats.
