TB- $250 (useless BTW unless you are going to run F/I)
CAI- $80
Cams- $350+
T-Lok- $220
Gears- $170
UDPs- $300 (also useless for what they actually do)
Exhaust- $400-500 (if you have a local shop do it for you)
Springs- $220
Shorty headers- $350 (once again useless, stock headers are just as good)
Tuner- $380 (necessary if you are going to add gears and a cam)

Everything without install or dyno tuning (which is another $1000 or so)= $2800
The good stuff= $2000 (without install or tuning)
