Would it sound funny if I put an o/r x pipe and a flowmaster super 44 exhaust system on my 01 3.8 v6 auto trans or would it be better to put a 409 stainless steel pypes v6 dual conversion kit exhaust system on it

that would sound pretty good but, i dont think anything sounds better for a v6 3.8 than a o/r H and flowmaster 40's. Just my thought.. but its your car.

It would sound best with a catted H-pipe and Super 44s. An O/R X-pipe is going to be really raspy.

BTW, how many threads have you made on exhaust now? 12? Please use the existing threads and the search feature. There are answers to be found out there that do not needlessly flood the board.
