A couple things can tell really. If you have 99+ Cobra wheels, you really think someone would buy the 98 or so rims for the car? I doubt it, too much money to just throw away.....
2ndly. The hood looks like a GT hood, i may be wrong. Cuz the scoop does look a little diff. But once again why spend money to mismatch the hood when u got a nice one that comes with it?
You can't tell 100% that it is not a cobra. But you can't say it is a V6, but chances are that thing is a fake cobra. So if he is a wanna be Cobra man, chances are it's a V6....

my god thats nothing compared to the trauma i had this weekend. i roll up between 2 mustangs one full of realy hot girls, and the other was full of a bunch of loosers. im pretty sure they were related or sumthing.
but i approached slowly from behind and they both had dual exausts, so i thought hey i might have a challenge and when i pull into the middle i see snakes on both sides of me.. so i thought it was going to be close. and the girls are like " you wanna race us" and i said sure. the light turns and i launch taking them by about 5 car lengths from the start, and i let up and then i hear the "sissy wine" of the 2 V6 engines and i slowed down in complete disgust. at the next light they were like "oh my god that car is so fast what have you done to it" i said it has a HEMMI HAHAHA and cruised away.

I mean who the **** would PAINT their mustang emblem. That's so damn... WEIRD. I feel sorry for the guy because he probably regrets it. The good news is they are not too extremely expensive.
