Powder Coating New Rims

So I bought some Rim's of Craigslist and I'm wanting to powder coat them a different color. But I want to keep the polished lip.
Does anybody know if there is a cheap way to keep that polished lip because I called a place out by me and they want $750 to do all 4 rims and to be honest the rims don't even cost that much brand new.

Any feed back would be great.

Thanks guys, and girls!

That price is absurd. My local place only wants $200 to sandblast and powdercoat 4 wheels.

They can mask the polished lip off.

Fins some other shops, as said above they just need to mask off the lip than sandblast and powdercoat leaving the masked part as is.
