Drove a 2005 v6 today :D!!!!

Today was an absolutly glorious Saturday, 40's sunny, windows down. I washed my car and it was radiant.

PA Self car washes are 50 x better than Jersey lol. So Im going down to Kohls to get some t shirts, somehow mine dissapeared and I see the 05 v6 sitting at the ford dealership, white... so i threw on my blinker and parked and ran over to it. such a nice car, windows are really tinted. so Im looking at it for like 3 min and someone walks out. Askes me if I need help, said I was just looking at this magnificant american machine. he says let me get the keys. lets me sit it in, it is so TIGHT! in a ogood way everything is right at your disposal, very comfortable compared to mine. so i ask him is there anyway I can get this going around the lot and he sasks me my age and I say 19, and he said nah we can only let 21 or older test drive, I figured that much so I said ah it's cool hell i got my own. so he says ya know what what the hell and throws me the keys

damn for a 4.0 v6, it has a mean rumble! I was liek wow this barely needs exhaust done, it sounded NICE.

So I hop in
and take it for a spin. We go around and tells me to punch it. so now I know what they mean by lag, but it caught up and really took off. REALLY NICE. for a v6 i like it a lot!

wow what a awesome car, I really want them steering was tight and to the point the K turn was easy, and the leangth wasn't bad at all to deal with. I thought the windows would be a lil low but they were right on some blinds spots rear windows are worthless lol. Justa very nice vehicle

defietnly want one v6 or GT.

First off, you suck! Second, you're lucky he let you drive. Third, why the hell didn't you push his @$$ out and take off with the car? lol j/k! Well, since you were speaking about the '05 I saw 2 yesterday. The first one I saw was a black GT, when I was driving our F250 Super Duty Power Stroke Diesel... the thought of trading it in sounded good, only for a min. because then how would I get my horse to horse shows? Then, the second one I saw was the screaming yellow GT... I thought it'd be ugly in real life but it's a hot car for sure! The thought is running through my head right now... trade mom's Intrepid in for an '05! She's thought about it, only to make me jealous though. She said that she'd buy an '05 just to sit in our driveway so I could stare at it and drool... is that fair? lol!

LOL I just wasn't thinking! I was sitting in this car and I wasn't thinking at all! I should have pushed him out >< haha. I never sen a GT or one on the road either. and I don't want to see one on the road until I have my own lol.

but it was anice to see the first one on the road with me in it haha.

My parents tease me too. but I think they like it. my parents both had 60's Mustangs. and it's lot easier to get in and out of now so maybe my dad and mom will like it. even more. my dad hates sitting in my car lol.

hopefully I can buy one this summer. 3 years with this stang has been great BUT I WANT AN 05!!!! >< lol

That stang is making a bit more power than yours (no offense). Im sure you can feel the extra 70hp!

I drive a 00 3.8L. So I'm not much ahead of you there... But a 05 V6 (or GT) would rock.

I am afraid this car is going to be so popular it won't be cool anymore. Is this possible?

I too stoped at the local ford dealership a few weeks ago and looked at the new mustangs

. I`m more than sure their will be alot of people drooling over these cars . Does anybody have an extra 20 K they don`t want -- LOL The only thing better than a new mustang would be being a teenager again --- LOL

Technically that's where the car is right now it's so cool it's like civic they're everywhere, but now even wealthy people are finding it classy and we're going to see a much larger crowd turning their heads to it, so its not as the norm it's such a unique car now.

If I get a 2005 GT Mustang this year... I will be the happiest ******* oompa loompa in the chocolate factory.

Im only 19

turn 20 this year. But been 17 driving mine. My first mustang I drove was a 1964 1/2 inline 6 my cousin restored and my other cousin has a 1968 289 , in mint condition. My mom had a 65? I think and my dad had a 68. my brother got a saturn

and I bought a 94 Mustang

but hopefully this year I'll have money to finance a 2005 GT. my dad's mustang had a thunderbird 429 in it, **** him ><

My first car was a `70 mustang ( plain jane ) . LOVE to have her back again ! Sold her for $300 and bought a `73 javlin AMX . I`ve already lived two ( plus ) of your life times --- lol But NEVER act my age ! Live is waaay to short not to have fun -- or get old !

Good luck on getting that `05 !

Thanks man ... I hope I get that 05 too >< if not I'll settle for another Mustang, as long as it's a mustang. but I think I'll get the 05 because even my parents like it, it reminds them of their mustangs when they were my age. I'll never settle for different.
