All,
My first post. First, I don't own a Mustang. But I need to pick your brains regarding the V6 power your Mustangs put out. I have a 1936 Hudson Terraplane 2-Door Sedan that totally stock weighs 2900 pounds (according to the title). I'm going to make this classic a resto-rod. I'm not interested in fire-breathing, tire-burning power, I only want to be able to cruise down the highway at 70 mph with the a/c, stereo, etc, get good mileage and not have to worry about it breathing hard. I'm considering the Ranger/ Mustang V6, S10/Camaro V6, Stratus V6 (if I can get an adaptor plate made to bolt a rear-drive
trans to it).
Help me out with dimensions and power for the various years from about 94 through 99 (I don't want to have to spend a lot for the complete car since I'm going to dismantle it anyway).
Thanks for any and all help.
Wayne
