Go to Mustangexhaust.com and listen to clips. Exhaust sound is totally subjective.

The Flowmaster catback would be a good choice.
For 300, I'd go with GT Takeoffs and an adapter.
Some people like Spintech mufflers, some like magnaflow, some folks swear by Ravin Exhaust.
Listen to a bunch, and decide what works for you!
there's not much difference in performance, and what sounds good to one person may not to someone else.
