I've got a '96 (V6, Auto) it doesn't have the fog lights. I want to add them, but have a couple of questions.
First dumb question - Where does the stock switch mount ?
Second - Is the factory wiring harness already in place?
Does anyone know of a good source (inexpensive) for buying lights that will fit into the stock cutouts in the bumper?

First , the switch goes in the coin holder in the console
I bought my lights at blue oval industries ( net store ) They are ford raceing and came with brackets . Fit right up . I think I paid $75 for both lights w/brackets
I don`t remember were I bought the wire harness from . It was expensive for all the more that came with it . Their is a wire plug in your console for the factory switch . One for lights and one for rag top if I remember right . I think that you were able to use either one with the only difference being one would shut your lights off with the headlights / or when on high beams . The other had power at all times . I`ll look tomarrow and see if I still have the wireing diagram .

I bought a '97 convertible a year ago, and it had a fog light switch already installed on the console. I took the car to my mechanic to see if it was already wired for fog lights, and it wasn't. I ordered a kit from 50 RESTO (fog lights and the wiring harness for around $270) and had it installed.

i have a 95 convertible but the switch is mounted right under the armrest above the ebrake not the coin holder..
